Highlight Pectra Holesky Incident Halts Blockchain Finalization

Holesky faced a non-finality incident on February 24th, 2025 after Pectra upgrade. At slot 3711006, block 3419724 with misconfigured depositContractAddress was accepted by Geth, Nethermind, Besu, causing a fork. Super-majority attested to an invalid block, halting finalization. Beacon State ballooned beyond 200MB due to 70MB inactivity leak data per epoch. Lighthouse added invalid-block-root flag, http-sync, and add_peers endpoint to aid syncing.
