Reth 1.9.4 Released Correcting Trie and Merge Issues Immediately

Reth 1.9.4 released with fixes for trie changesets and merkle changesets distance minimum. EIP-7702 patches set minimum pruning distance to 64 blocks and merkle changeset distance minimum to 128. Please downgrade from 1.10.x to 1.9.4 if needed, as this new version is not backport-friendly. Docker images and pre-built binaries for Reth and OP-Reth are available with PGP signatures.
