VOSA Proposes Simplified Privacy Primitive for Ethereum Virtual Machine

Developers propose VOSA, a privacy pattern trading fund-flow secrecy for simplicity and compliance. Using O(1) spent-markers with epoch cleanup, it omits Merkle trees and nullifier sets. A working implementation exists. Formalizing as an EIP is being considered. VOSA boosts storage by 97% while simplifying client implementations and gas costs. It uses standard ECDSA and Groth16 ZK proofs.
