Ethereum updates ERC-8119 with two new features: Slash/colon form now allows `/` or `:` as separators for single-parameter keys, using the first occurrence. No space is allowed immediately after `/` or `:`. Leading-space issue fixed by allowing quoted encoding where the quote starts with a space. Key-label exclusions extended to include `[`, `/`, and `:`.
