Clarenew Fixes 90 Typos in 8 Existing EIP Specifications

Clarenew submits 9 PRs to EIP repository fixing typos and text issues in 8 existing EIPs. Additionally, the proposal to update EIP-6863 documentation formats for new authors is put forth. The Agenda Meeting Room also discusses granting force-merge permissions to more Editors and hosting EIP Editing Office Hours. Editors' updates included increased "Typo" PR submissions.
