Budget Board proposes 2.3M OP increase for Season 9, raising combined Seasons 8 and 9 Operating Budget to approximately 6.74M OP. The adjustment uses a 23.84% trailing twelve-month ETH revenue target and a 6-month OP-ETH TWAP (June 30–Dec 31, 2025). Funding is allocated across four Councils and Boards.
