Ex-Ledger CTO Exposes Apple Passkeys as Hot Wallets

Apple passkeys are hot wallets, not hardware wallets. Keys store outside Apple's secure enclave in system memory and decrypt there, per ex-Ledger CTO Nicolas Bacca. He extracted them after jailbreaking an iPhone at Devcon 7. YubiKeys offer hardware-wallet-like security but lack backups; use them multisig only.
