Mewt Brings Mutation Testing to DAML

Mewt now supports DAML, the Canton Network language, adding mutation testing for authorization bugs. Mewt generates controller party swap (CPS) and removal (CPR) mutants, runs them through existing test suites, and counts survivors. DAML coverage reports lie—100% line coverage doesn't verify assertions. Mutation testing sabotages code to grade tests. Configure mewt.toml, run `mewt run`.
