Release Solidity Compiler 0.8.29 with Experimental EVM Features

Solidity Compiler v0.8.29 released with experimental EVM Object Format, Storage Layout Specifiers, and Osaka EVM support. Improved SMTChecker fixes complex errors. Enhanced error reporting points to precise contract locations. Build system switched from C++17 to C++20. Solc-Js now requires Node.js v12+. Linux builds fully static.
