ERC-8169 Brings Irreversible On-Chain Ownership History to Tokens

EIP-7702 developers introduce ERC-721H, an extension that adds complete on-chain ownership history. Tokens now have immutable origin (who minted), historical trail (every past owner), and current authority (standard ERC-721 semantics). hasEverOwned() checks for O(1) on-chain historical ownership, eliminating indexer needs. Twelve functions and two events are added to the interface. EIP-7702 preserves art provenance, founder benefits, early-adopter airdrops, and more.
