Upgrade Heimdall Patch and Secure Amoy Network

Heimdall v0.9.0-beta2 released for Polygon Amoy. Patch pre-release atop v0.9.0-beta with one fix: Zurich deterministic state-sync querying. All node operators must upgrade immediately for compatibility and network safety. Apply v0.9.0-beta config changes if pending. Stop heimdalld, install via script with version and node type, verify version prints 0.9.0-beta2, restart service.
