Ethereum Proposes Standard for Modular Dispatch Proxies Across Wallets

EIP-7702 proposes a minimalist standard for modular dispatch proxies to allow innovation and provide a shared framework. Wallets and explorers can use this standard to improve compatibility and reduce fragmentation. Compatible extensions include ERC-1538 (Withdrawn), ERC-2535 (Final), ERC-7201 (Final), ERC-7546 (Draft), ERC-8042 (Final) and others, like ERC-8152 (Draft). A reference implementation is already live.
