ERC Proposes Human Readable Token Identifiers with New Format

EIP-7702 draft proposes a new ERC format for token identification across chains and registries. Format is `[alias.]tokenId@registry`, where `alias` is optional, `tokenId` is registry ID, and `registry` uses interoperable address encoding from ECR-7930. This splits identifiers into human-readable prefix and opaque locator. It makes tokens easier to read, copy, and share between systems while maintaining global uniqueness.
