Onboard Latin American Developers to Arbitrum with Success

Arbitrum DAO grant enabled a Spanish onboarding course with 64 videos and 4+ hours teaching Solidity, Foundry, Chainlink oracles, and RWA tokenization. The program hit KPIs: 137 registrants, 59 completions (90%+). Delivered four university bootcamps across three schools. Budget split: 50% content, 20% post-production, 15% dev, 15% promotion. Ongoing education continues via YouTube, DappDojo, LinkedIn.
