State Synchronization Closes Oracle Window To Eliminate OEV

Batch auctions remove ordering surfaces but not OEV’s core window. Oracle updates remain discrete events, enabling update-timing, anticipation, and cross-domain extraction. A 39% liquidation share was speculative; cross-chain leads hit 19–27 seconds. Atomic binding closes this interval by design, making extraction states unreachable. Window pricing persists; closure requires eliminating the update-consumption separation.
