Proposal lists UNI as supply-only collateral on SparkLend Ethereum mainnet, enabling USDS borrowing against UNI. Maximum LTV 45%, liquidation threshold 55%, penalty 10%, initial supply cap 5 million UNI. UNI not borrowable.
