SDSCE Launches on Arbitrum, Burning 1% of GRT per Collection

SDSCE, a community edition Substreams Data Service, is live on Arbitrum One (chain 42161). It lets providers sell Substreams data for TAP receipts via Horizon’s payment stack. SDSCE charges a fixed 1% cut per collection, burned to reduce GRT supply. No external audit; owner is an EOA. Providers stake, register, and run gateway and collection daemon.
