Launch Ethereum Shapella Upgrade to Enable Beacon Withdrawals

Ethereum core developers announced the Shapella upgrade will launch post-Paris upgrade by end of June 2023. Shapella enables beacon chain withdrawals and introduces new EIPs for execution layer improvements. Mainnet readiness checks complete; testnets already upgraded. Paris upgrade enforced the base fee burn mechanism across Ethereum. Shapella's technical readiness marks a critical step for Ethereum’s multi-client consensus transition.
