Launch Deterministic Audit-Ready On-Chain Reporting MVP

An MVP for deterministic, audit-ready DAO and treasury reporting launched in the Arbitrum ecosystem. Reports include complete transaction history with UTC timestamps and USD valuations. Outputs use Methodology v0.1, ensuring reproducibility and traceability to every transaction hash. The tool generates PDF and CSV formats. A free proof-of-concept report is available for any public Arbitrum treasury address for real-world evaluation.
