ERC Introduces Standard for Fixed-Supply Agent NFT Collections

ERC-8041, a new standard for fixed-supply collections of ERC-8004 Agent NFTs, is introduced with mint number tracking. The standard defines maximum supply limits, onchain collection metadata, time-gated releases, and two events: `CollectionCreated` and `AgentMinted`. It requires ERC-8004 and is compatible with ERC-721. This change prioritizes implementation speed by repurposing existing functionality rather than creating a new proposal.
