Launch OpCo Recruitment and Incentive Programs in February

February 2026 OpCo update details active recruitment of Legal Counsel, Finance Director, and Chief Chaos Coordinator. The OAT hosted the February 13 DAO call. The delegate incentive program (RAD) has 25 KYC-completed applicants and 25 signed agreements. The Firestarter pilot accepted 3 proposals in January. Retroactive November-December 2025 rewards were paid. 10M ARB are reserved for Entropy incentive mechanisms. ArbiLodge is scheduled for ETHDenver, February 19.
