ERC-XXXX Introduces Parametric Tokens With Stateful Balances

Parametric Token, a new ERC-20 proposal, attaches state to fungible balances without fragmenting liquidity. Each account holds parameters that update deterministically on transfer, via pure functions. Sub-accounts enable multiple parameter sets per wallet. Use cases include prediction markets, velocity control, and agentic systems. Draft and implementations are on GitHub; PR #1937 is open for feedback.
