Ethereum Bytecode Gets Turbo Boost with EIP-7702 ADD Opcode Update

Sally MacFarlane improves Ethereum bytecode with EIP-7702, introducing the ADD opcode improvement. Version 1.0 of the change brings enhanced performance to smart contracts.
