Upgrade Heimdall v0.8.2-priv Immediately to Secure Polygon Mainnet

Heimdall v0.8.2-priv released for Polygon mainnet with a security fix. All node operators must upgrade immediately for network safety. Includes amd64 and arm64 packages with checksums, and container image tarballs for Docker. Source code comes after mainnet deployment.
