DeFi's static collateral ratios fail in T+0 macro panics, per a new framework targeting MakerDAO and Synthetix. The proposed Dynamic Maturity Queue (DMQ) replaces them with a 72-hour hard-lock, a penalty curve scaling to 40%, and junior tranche subordination.
