Eigen Labs RETIRE Proposal Ends 47-Day Restaking Exit Queue

Eigen Labs proposes RETIRE upgrade for EigenPods. It adds disablePod, letting owners permanently retire a pod from restaking. ETH becomes fully sweepable, and consolidation restrictions from ELIP-009 lift. Purpose: enable key rotation and exit without beacon-chain entry queue, currently 47 days. Opt-in, backwards-compatible. Preconditions ensure no slashing evasion or value loss.
