Treasury Management Committee will allocate $4M USDC to Invesco USTB ($1M) and Coinbase CUSHY ($3M). USTB targets ~3.50% net in T-bills with same-day liquidity; CUSHY targets SOFR + 400–700bps in short-duration credit with quarterly exits. Blended target: 6.3–7.6%, ~370bps above the DAO's 3.0–3.5% hurdle, adding ~$148K annually. Direct holdings avoid layered fees.
