Grove Appoints First Delegates Under New Framework

Grove's first three Delegates appointed under the new Delegation Framework. DocGriffin, YvonPiPi, and northbridge will vote on behalf of GROVE holders, selected by the Foundation and Operational Facilitator. stGROVE holders can delegate to them or vote directly on Snapshot.
