Arbitrum DAO plans weekly 45-minute English Practice Calls to boost non-native speakers’ governance participation. Focused on Firestarter, BLAZE, RAD, DIP terms, calls aim to lower oral English and terminology barriers. Calls are voluntary, non-decisional, featuring fluent speakers like delegates, AAE, or proposal authors. An initial pilot will run ad honorem to assess impact and gather feedback.
