Interop Fees Vanish as TPP-18 Dilutes ZK Utility Promises

ZIP-16 (v31) dropped interoperability fees and ZK token utility plans, reversing its Interop Bundles Upgrade. TPP-18 passed, allocating 67M tokens monthly to Matter Labs. Voters were promised v31 fees before first minting, but June 24th passed. Holders demand who removed economic features, when consulted, and if utility is abandoned. Transparency required.
