Camp Beats Amp in Backfill Speed and Query Protocols

camp-node v0.5.1 beats amp v0.0.36: ~16% faster backfill, ~23% fewer CPU-seconds, three query protocols vs one. amp leads on verifiability and hosted polish. Both compact to 3 Parquet files. Backfill is RPC-bound; camp's edge comes from newer deps, not engine speed. camp inherits amp's engine, so core ETL is parity.
