ZK Agents Get Pre-Execution Verification in New Proposal Submission

Inspired by ERC-8004, a proposal introduces standard pre-execution zero-knowledge verification for agent-mediated payments . Users sign off on agents' batches, which agents submit to a zero-knowledge proof. Verification of ~200-500k gas costs is recommended using Groth16. The current spec addresses chainId but fails to cover bridge interactions and multi-chain execution atomicity with ERC-20 tokens. Compatibility issues arise with EIP-8141's Frame Transaction.
