Etherscan sets strict new rules for node operator deposits starts

Etherscan announces deposit duration for upcoming node staking upgrade. Deposits up to EIP-4798 go live on October 19, but new deposits for EIP-7702 must stay for at least 28 days before staking begins. Current node operators need to meet the new requirements to stake correctly, risking node downtime and loss of rewards if not met.
