EIP-7702 Enables Post-Quantum Security with Contract-Validated Smart Transaction Frameworks

EIP-7702 enables a new transaction type validating via smart contract code, not ECDSA signatures. This allows post-quantum security and native account abstraction. Champion Felix Lange proposes merging this with ERC-4337 to reduce disruption. In contrast to EIP-7701, this simplifies quantum transactions, but may not allow future goals like key rotation.
