EigenLayer Ends EIGEN Emissions for ETH Quorum

Incentives Committee ends EIGEN emissions for ETH quorum on EigenLayer, effective July 30, 2026. ETH/LSTs remain supported as collateral, but rewards stop by default. ELIP-12 established the Committee; ELIP-11 raised EIGEN staking importance. EigenDA excluded, using EIGEN operator set. Committee will burn programmed emissions, reducing inflationary pressure for value accrual.
