Paradigm Urges SEC to Delay Binary Options Ruling

Paradigm filed a comment letter with the SEC on binary options tied to company-reported metrics. It asks the SEC to delay ruling until the joint SEC-CFTC process on event contract classification finishes. Paradigm warns piecemeal decisions risk litigation. It will submit substantive comments later this month.
