Helkomine Unveils Opcode Proposal to Safeguard Smart Contract Systems

Helkomine proposes EIP-7702, an opcode that restricts state changes to a defined scope. It responds to persistent security risks in smart contract systems, where unintended state mutation is a concern. The proposed MUTABLE opcode enables safer contract composition and robustness for Layer 1 ecosystems. This complements existing inner guards and provides comprehensive protection against mutations outside specified sets.
